The store and your account

Pair Studio operates at https://pairstudio.space. Contact support@pairstudio.space or +966 5 4807 5738. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect your account and make purchases only when legally able to do so.

Independent resale and trademarks

Pair Studio is an independent reseller of stock that we already own. We are not Nike, adidas, Skechers or any other brand represented in the collection, and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or an official representative of those brands. We do not claim authorized-dealer status.

Third-party trademarks, logos, brand names and product names remain the property of their respective owners. References identify products offered for resale; they do not imply trademark ownership or a brand partnership. Pair Studio is responsible for the sale, customer support and returns.

A manufacturer warranty is available only where it applies to the particular product and is expressly described. Statutory rights for incorrect, defective or nonconforming goods remain. Report intellectual-property concerns to support@pairstudio.space with the relevant listing and details.

Products and prices

Check descriptions, size, color and quantity before ordering. Sizing varies by brand and model. Display settings can affect perceived color; items must still match their descriptions.

SAR is the default currency. Other currencies are offered only where pricing and delivery are supported. Checkout shows items, delivery, any applicable tax and the total before confirmation. Existing orders retain their agreed currency and amounts.

Orders and payment

Cash on delivery is the current payment method. Pay the confirmed total to the delivery service. Online card payment is not offered and we do not request card details in the app.

An order is confirmed when the app successfully creates a confirmed order and supplies an order number. Prices and availability are checked at submission. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you promptly to arrange a lawful resolution. No substitute product is sent without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellation

Standard delivery to supported Saudi addresses costs SAR 20. Dispatch normally takes 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Saudi public holidays. We contact you if an address cannot be served or a material delay is expected.

Cancel through the app while the order is in an eligible state; otherwise contact support. No redelivery charge is added without explaining it and obtaining your agreement. Applicable rights for delayed or undelivered orders remain available.

Returns and refunds

The standard change-of-mind return window is 14 calendar days from recorded delivery, for unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. Read the shipping and returns policy for details. This does not restrict mandatory remedies for incorrect or defective goods.

A return request needs review and does not automatically issue a refund. Approved COD refunds are processed by bank transfer to a verified beneficiary. Never disclose passwords, card PINs or banking verification codes.

Reviews and acceptable use

Reviews should describe your own product experience. Do not post unlawful or abusive content, private information or misleading claims. Report a concern to support with the product and review details. We may review and remove content that breaches these requirements or applicable law.

Do not bypass access controls, manipulate prices or stock, access another person’s information or disrupt the service.

Support and changes

Include your order number when contacting support. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Updates apply to future orders and do not remove rights attached to existing purchases. Mandatory protections and competent authorities under applicable law remain available if a dispute cannot be resolved with support.
